Engineering Capabilities
In addition to the latest metalworking equipment, USA Dutch employs an up-to-date suite of engineering software and CNC programming packages. We can work with virtually any electronic file type, ensuring a smooth flow from your engineering and design to fabrication in our shop. Our engineers are skilled and flexible, and will bring your design to life.
In addition, we use Paperless Parts for a fast turnaround on quotations, and JobBoss2 ERP to manage tasks.
We also offer our customers’ engineering staff ESI (early supplier involvement) and DSM (design for manufacturing).
Painting
USA Dutch continues to invest in technology that brings value in terms of world-class quality and service to our customers. Our powder coat system is now in operation and has increased our capability to meet the needs of the industry. This automated line is part of our commitment to provide quality parts, delivered on time, with the flexibility to meet demanding delivery schedules.
